Lighting Design / Visualizations
Omer Ben Dor
I design lighting and visualizations for theater.
From a young age, I loved seeing plays and musicals in Israel and around the world.
I fell in love with the field of stage lighting and wanted to become a professional lighting designer.
I remember sitting in the theater hall during a performance and being simply mesmerized by how all the elements of direction, lighting, and scenery come together.
At the age of 16, I began studying the field of lighting visualization on my own, and since the age of 18, I have been creating lighting visualizations for plays and performances around the country and the world.
I’ve created lighting visualizations for productions such as "The Chabadniks," "Waitress," "Death of a Salesman," "Angels in America" (Cameri Theater/Tel Aviv). "Priscilla, Queen of the Desert" (Habima National Theater). "Sonia" (Haifa Theater) and more.
In the field of lighting design, I did lighting design for the play "Everyone's Talking About Me" (Soliko Festival/Hasaa Theater).
In addition, I designed for the musical Hedwig and the angry inch (Guitar Loft Tel Aviv) and more.
